Terms and Conditions of booking
PRICES - Include a Welcome Basket of local produce, electricity, heating, bed linen, two towels per guest and sundries i.e. washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, bin liners etc, are all included in the price.
DEPOSIT - A non-refundable deposit of 25% on confirmation of booking please. The balance is then due four weeks prior to the start date of the holiday. Holidays booked less than four weeks prior to the start of the holiday should be paid for in full upon booking.
COTS, HIGH CHAIRS & BABY BATH - These are available on request. Cot bedding is not provided.
WOOD BURNING STOVE (where fitted) - First basket of logs free, thereafter logs are available at a nominal charge.
THE ACCOMMODATION - Is available from 3pm on day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY - The Cottage, furniture, fittings and contents are of a high standard and to ensure they remain so, we ask that at the end of your stay the Cottage is left in a clean & reasonable state.
CANCELLATIONS - If a booking is cancelled up to 28 days before the start of the holiday 50% of the full hire charge will be payable. Cancellation within 28 days will result in the full charge being payable. We will use our best endeavours to re-let a cottage following a cancellation and you will be credited with the net value of the re-letting. We strongly recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
DOGS – Well behaved dogs are welcome. You must bring your pet basket with you as dogs are allowed on the clear understanding that under no circumstances may they lie on the bedding or chairs. Pets must not be left unattended in properties, or elsewhere.
SMOKING - Guests are requested to refrain from smoking whilst inside the accommodation.
LIABILITY - Visitors are asked to take care at all times while on our property. We do not accept responsibility for injury or damage to and loss of guests property, cars and contents and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all actions, claims, costs and proceedings (including reasonable legal fees incurred in defending the same) arising from your acts or omissions (and those in your party) while on our property.
BOOKINGS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED IF NOT CONFIRMED WITH THE APPROPRIATE DEPOSIT WITHIN 7 DAYS.
